The second volume of the Yurta-Stroyno Archaeological Project was just published in April 2023. It is fully focused on the Roman period pottery found at the rural settlement of Yurta-Stroyno. The volume is free to download on the following link https://studiahercynia.ff.cuni.cz/en/studia-hercynia-monographs/, so is the first volume dedicated to the settlement investigation and various material studies.

On 19–23 March 2024, Campus Hybernská will be transformed into a space based on Kafka’s topology in his prose and diaries and a laboratory searching for the essence of Kafka’s genius. On 21 February 2024, a Romanianist from the Institute of Ethnology and Central European and Balkan Studies at CU FA received the Romanian state decoration in the rank of Officer from the Romanian Ambassador to the CR, Antoaneta Barta, awarded by the President of Romania, Klaus Werner Iohannis, for the promotion of Romanian language and culture in the CR.

Emmanuel Macron placed a bouquet with the French tricolour in front of the main building of CU FA on 5 March 2024 for the victims of the tragedy that took place at the CU FA last December. President Macron was accompanied by his Czech counterpart Petr Pavel.
